System Info

System Information for Windows (SIW)  - Download and run this executable for instant information about your system.  Ideal to determine how much memory you have?  

If we have requested a system info report from you please download the file above to your desktop and double click "siw.exe".  Once loaded, go to File->Create Report File->Quick HTML (or click the blue floppy disk icon). Save to your desktop.  Email the saved html file to us.

Folder Size - Will analyse your hard drives and folders and display the file and folder sizes so that you can easily see where all that space is being used!

Anti-Virus

HiJackThis - Generates an in-depth report of your system which comes in handy when we need to indentify malware on your system.  Click here for instructions on how to create a HiJackThis log file and send it to us.

Malware Bytes Anti-Malware - decent malware scanner.  Recommend the pro version.  If you want to get this at a good price let us know.

Microsoft Security Essentials - The best (and I mean this!) Anti-Virus Software on the market... and totally free for life!
