If your fault is not listed or you are unsure which repair to select then select 'FREE Problem Diagnosis'.  You only pay the collection and delivery costs. 

When completing the payment process enter a brief description of the problem in the Comments area of your order.  A Laptop Fixer will diagnose your problem and contact you with the symptoms and give you a no obligation fixed cost quote.

Please provide a collection day (Mon-Fri) in the Comments setion.  If not we will contact you to arrange collection of your laptop.
